Flagship is a real-time strategy game set on a galactic scale, played from a first person perspective. The game is being built from the ground-up to be played with the Oculus Rift, though it can be played on a normal monitor as well.
What's the plan about how far the thing with interiors will go? Only the bay and a bar or will the player actually be able to discover and enter all the decks and parts of the station?
Tricky one to answer at this stage... We do want the galaxy to feel like a real, living, breathing place and boarding stations is a big part of that, but it's lower on our list of priorities as it doesn't really play a part in the core RTS gameplay. It's very likely that some stations will be explorable, but to what degree we can't really say for now. :)

Feature creep... Focus on making the game good, *then* go for the frilly bits.
I'm not sure if you misunderstood what I said, or are if you're agreeing with me, but working on the core game mechanics is the priority, yes. :)
More restating a general rule that all too few people follow nowadays...
And Trip-A publishers wonder why sales have been in decline...
Yup. Unfortunately I think this is a thing most game devs have to learn through the hard teacher of experience.
Looks fantastic, the modular nature really fits.
