Flagship is a real-time strategy game set on a galactic scale, played from a first person perspective. The game is being built from the ground-up to be played with the Oculus Rift, though it can be played on a normal monitor as well.

Will gravity have an impact on ship movement and/ or behaviour in general?

For the most part, probably not - but it's quite likely that planets will have a gravity well, and getting too close will be a dangerous thing to do. ;)
Once the game has been released, that will be the first thing I will do :)
Ha ha, we'll try make it a fun way to scuttle the ship then. :P
I imagine how the ship slowly flies apart and crew members were sucked out into space, muhaha. Cheers
