Well, here's how concept looks.
the walk up to you and nibble on your legs
one issue, villagers don't look at all like zombies. They need their own variant.
It can't be realistic all the time.It would take a lot of effort making a zombie different zombies.
what would be best is if the child zombies travel a little further away from the zombie. then when the child touches you, he latches on to your legs and slow you down, at the same time it cries and attracts the father zombie and any other mobs near you.
