The X-Swift is a body orientation detection device created by XIMMERSE. By placing this unique drift-free IMU on one’s chest, virtual movement control can be achieved by detecting user’s change in body posture. Moving front, back, right and left in a virtual movement can be achieved by slightly leaning one’s body correspondingly. This considerably enhances the level of immersion in mobile VR while simultaneously reducing motion sickness.
