We are looking for an experienced software engineer to lead a team of virtual reality and augmented reality game developers. We are working on developing AAA-level content and are in the process of securing recognizable intellectual property.
Compensation for the position is based on your level of experience.
Responsibilities:
In-engine game development
Writing code that is clear, functional, maintainable, and portable
Testing and documenting code produced by the team
Creating and tuning code to remove bottlenecks
Overseeing the set up of technical infrastructure (such as dedicated servers)
Supporting tools and technology for specific project requirements
Leading other programmers and supporting them as needed
Mentoring and guiding other programmers
Minimum Required Skills:
5-10 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in C++
A collateral knowledge of either Python or Javascript
Fundamental understanding of game development
AR Core
Tango Experience a plus
Fundamental rudimentary knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (e.g. TensorFlow, Open Ai, etc)
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Unreal Engine (Both C++ and Blueprint)
Proficiency in Unity
Credit on at least one published title (preferred not required)
