Looking for a decent pixel artist who would like some extra experience. I am working on a platformer game with a heavy story, but one that does not impact the gameplay very much. The game will be free on Gamejolt, so there will be no profits except ad-revenue. If ad-revenue gets above $1 I will split it, but there's no point otherwise. I'm working on the story and programming (Game Maker Studio 2), I just need an artist who can create stylized art to fit my game.
If you would like to "apply", there is just one thing I need sent with it. The game will be set in a dungeon, so all of the art will need to be darker, faded, not bright colors. The main character is a female knight of sorts. You have freedom over colors, as long as they aren't bright and cheerful. My only requests are that she does not wear a helmet, her sprite fits 64x64, and she carries a sword that can be animated for attacks. Platform graphics, so side-views and all that. If you would like more stricter guidelines, or more details on my vision, send me an email.
