I simply wanted to congratulate you on such a great company. Your business model, one including the users in every step, one where you actually listen to them and respond in kind, is a model that puts every other company to shame.
I have often found that oversized companies tend to think that their designers know what's best, and that their games are perfect on release... But you're humble attitude, and resilience to improve is refreshing.
