Is it just me or does it seem like mojang are re-making mods and improving them? Ever why I like it and welcome it with open arms :)

now we just need them to remake the Zipline mod in an official release. Since the original author gave up the mod it shouldn't be that hard.

How about them fixing redstone up a bit as well?

What is the purpose of this? It just looks goofy.

Doesn't everyone just memorize what's in what chest? I thought everyone set up separate chests, one for food, weapons, blocks, tool, and so on? Just have to remember which chest is where, simple enough... I mean, at first I thought this would be cool if you could right click on the item marker and get the item, that would be fun, but just to have it up for looks... mehh. More content is more content though, so I shouldn't complain:3

To see your maps, clocks and other items on walls instead of taking up your inventory or chest space, think of it as a suit of armour but can only hold 1 item

These look amazing! I suppose for adventure maps they will work as decoration because players won't be able to get items out of them if they're playing in adventure mode.
