This is Imperial weapon, Imperials had cleaner shinier weapons. Textures can always be changed. This is also going to be a shotty because we decided that we needed an alternative to the sandwich gun (CR-1 blaster cannon).

Interesting weapon, and definitely a good alternative for the CR-1, I hate that weapon. We have that for the Rebel shotgun and went with the more boxy Flechette Launcher for the Imperial shotgun type weapon which works kinda well and has a nice reload animation. Still for a more realistic shotgun style weapon this works quite nicely, though at first I was more thinking sniper rifle, thanks to the long barrel I guess. I'd add a bit more detail in the form of gadgets and paraphernalia (junk stuck on basically) to make it look a touch more Star Warsy.

actually. . .dont add junk on, it is cannon and doesnt have it in its only representation, it looks accurate as is. nice model btw
A weapon that appears in Star Wars Galaxies is hardly grade 'A' canon though is it? Personally I find any asset that didn't actually appear in the movies is open to a certain amount of interpretation by the artist.
Agreed. Although, i thought this was not just in Galaxies but other EU content as well.

Once the Alpha is released, then we can focus more on implementing Jedi and hero characters.
