The Copper Canyon Shoot Out launches on PlayStation VR for $9.99 Today! These here parts have been overrun corrupted enforcement machines, we’re outnumbered and outgunned so we need to you bust in here and rid us of this evil robot horde. So don your Stetson and pick up your laser pistols because it’s time to save the Copper Canyon.

The Copper Canyon Shoot out is also on the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift worldwide, on Steam, Oculus, Viveport, and GameJolt.

The Copper Canyon Shoot Out is the first game from Black Dragon Studios and we couldn’t be more excited to have it coming out on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR, this is obviously a big step for a small indie who’s less than 12 months old. The studio is comprised of Jon Carroll (Character Art and Modelling), Christopher Davies (Audio and Marketing), and Julian Hainsworth (Technical Art and Programming). For the Copper Canyon Shoot Out Ben Long, a Masters student at a local university, joined our team as part of his Masters Degree assessment. As most of our team come from academia it was great to be able to use this project to still help students in the area.

Whilst we have accomplished a lot in the last 10 months we couldn’t have done any of it without the incredible support we’ve had from the communities on IndieDB, Discord, GameJolt, and many others. You guys have given us such encouragement, amazing feedback and incredible support, you’ve had a profound impact on this game and us a team. Thank you all so much, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you!

We’re already working on our next title ‘You’re Doomed’ and we’re aiming to get this out on Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC before the year is through. You’re Doomed is already in pre-alpha and available to play here.

The Copper Canyon Shoot-Out is a frantic, fast paced VR shooter set in a Wild West themed world overrun by robots. You will find yourself outnumbered and outgunned against an invasion of corrupted enforcement machines. It's you job to fight this evil robot horde and save the Copper Canyon.

The Copper Canyon Shoot-Out has been developed by Black Dragon Studios in Unreal Engine 4 for specially for VR, and it is out now on PlayStation VR, the Oculus Rift, and the HTC Vive.
