Planet earth made in blender 3d
Give honest feedback, dont worry about hurting my feelings, i want to improve this image and post it as a print on DA...
Earth? might aswell have called it dirt. planet dirt. lol transformers 2
The stars are all identical, there arent any other celestial bodies, and no milky way either. while the eath is good and shoul definatley remain the subject of the image. the background looks flat and dull. some of the stars should be red and some blue. and there needs to be a difference in luminosity, you could also throw in some other things into the background.
Other than that the erath is looking great. I love the glow around it. I wouldnt know how to do that in blender
I agree completely with jok. If you could find or make a picture of the galactic center it would be awesome.

sadly i cant really find any good reference images with earth and stars in background because all of the pictures ar just with earth and no stars..so ill just gonna have to stick with a background from other galaxies, i wont add milkyway because thats the galaxy we are IN...
When you look up in the sky you can see a slightly denser collection of stars in a line. thats how we see the milky way. it would be the same for this.. similarly you could look at the night sky from the opposite end of the earth and use that as a reference image for the background.
Look up media on nasa
There are alot of good space pictures with galaxies and they are pretty high quality
thats where i got those textures... and i already searched nasa for like 2 hours nothing really fitted well...
