We are building one startup development for mobile apps and mobile games.
We are looking for a "co-founder" who will work in a commitment to the projects and share in the financial fruits when they are realised so a meeting of minds, personalities and skills are required.
You will need to agree to terms of NDA prior to our discussing the projects fully with you.
Soft skills
Writing clean, architecturally sound and maintainable code.
Researching and implementing the newest technologies.
Good at communicating.
Our preference is for a developer in Portugal (as we are based here - one app will be launched locally, the other in UK) but the right candidate with availability to consult frequently.
The co-founder have to get this profiles:
Technical Skills for C#
Some demonstrable experience of native UNITY3D development.
Understand Game Development, Game Design.
A deep understanding of C# and POO.
Passion for building vibrant native UI experiences.
A diverse portfolio of previously built and published UNITY3D Games.
Experience with third party libraries and APIs.
Current knowledge of mobile architecture, trends and design patterns.
A solid understanding of RESTful applications.
A solid understanding of the different caching techniques you can apply when developing a mobile app.
Strong algorithms and data structure background.
Experience using ORMs.
You use version control, preferably gitlab.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM.
concepts.
Understanding of the Gamifications.
We don´t accept Developers that have already working in companies, we dont accept agencies.
