USC update coming soon I hope? i really wish there was away I could get a key for it. I'll never buy a game there again unless they allow for keys, or its some great DEV like kot-in-action who was gerous eongh to let give me key anyway.
When will 0.95 be on Desura? I can't download my copy through your store because I don't have a key...
working on the desura update now
still no desura update :-(
Still on 0.93, any chance of the upgrade soon?
Sorry guys, we'll jump to 0.96 on Desura. The update will be on Tuesday
Ok, thanks for letting us know. :)
Yeah, been waiting for a long time for 0.95...
please read binstream's comment, next version will be 0.96 and it should be releasd today, but it ĺl probably tomorrow due to differences in time-zones
i don t mind if this update is delayed as long as the actual release is on time!
If the 0.96 update could be shifted here at least, that would be grand. Fullscreen without crashing? Yes please. :)
The final version will also be out soon <3 can't wait for the single player campaign story
No 0.96?
Let us wait over 2 weeks for the update is not fair. Maybe we have to rethink to give our money to you one more time.
I can't help but notice that the update is still not available...
well, i ll just continue playing caster until the update comes out...
and one thing: don t make promises you can t make true!
I suppose they have a good reason for postponing it, but hopefully it will be out very soon, seeing as working fullscreen is kind of vital.
yes but please tell the people! keeping your mouth shut will only lead to questions and irritation why those questions will not be answered....
totally agree
You are right, that's my fault.
Unfortunately we are way too overloaded prior to release (the team is working without weekends for 12-14 hours a day), while publishing beta builds to different systems can't be automated and takes time, so **** happened, sorry one more time.
Double post, laggy internet, sry
Sorry guys, we are fighting bugs to meet the release date (January, 25) so there is a lag here.
0.95 builds are uploaded to Desura
Thanks
Thank you. :) I would prefer if the game is delayed slightly if that means that the quality of the game at release is better. Just my thoughts.
We have unshiftable deadline on Steam.
:( Well hopefully it is not too stressful for the team and you get everything done in time.
Well, we are in the pre-release crunch time, so it's full of stress :(
just installed the update, fullscreen is really an improvement!
Brilliant, thanks for the update and for letting us know what's going on. It really is better to hear a reason for a delay rather than silence. For example, Skype's communication with the Linux community is atrocious.
I can not see Skype being any more friendly to Linux in the future with Microsoft owning them now.
Sooo.... About Oil Rush: should I get this game? Your opinion---go!
Depends on what sort of games you like. The game is a mix of RTS and tower defence with amazing graphics and quick game play. I certainly enjoy playing the game at LANs. No single player campaign yet...that will come with the final release. I would say it is one of the most polished Linux games so far and for $20 it is not too expensive either. In my opinion it is worth the purchase but if you are unsure, you may want to wait for the final release and play the demo first to see if you like it.
