Enjoy Icebreakers and many other great games on Desura.
Looks nice.
Looks not to bad kinda tron meets a cartoon game :D.
So Mario Kart meets snakes? Interesting idea but I don't think it's worth the $.
It seams that its not wazanator... This game was advertised as being free for download in 2009. That's weird...
@Anni: I'm not quite sure what you meant by that comment. If you look at the top of the page it clearly says $19.99 for it on Desura.
While I would like to support an Indie group I do not feel the game has enough replay value for $20.
Sure it's just not a crack?
On an unrelateded note:
It looks fun and all, but 20$ seems a bit excessive...
Wait, splitscreen??? I might have to shell out, then. ****.
Ive posted that link on YouTube with the advert for the game being free in 2009 and the video link now seems to have been removed... So no proof anymore... I just hope the original creators are now selling the game not just someone that jumped on the opportunity to make some money off it. That's my concern and I hope desura cheeks this kind of things. But then again it is posted by one of the administrators.
Anni: The youtube video you mentioned linked to an illegal website and was reported for copyright infringement. Icebreakers was released April 5th 2011 by us Xibalba Studios.
The first trailer depicted in the video appeared in 2009 and was based on an early alpha version never released to the public. At the moment there is no free version of Icebreakers other than the demo.
If you visit the official website Icebreakers-game.com you will notice a link leading back to Desura as an authorized seller.
We do encourage you to report back on unauthorized sellers as well as sites selling the demo (which is free).
