I originally developed this as a Megaman clone to test the Flixel game engine, but I didn't want it to be that easy to kill the enemies with so I made that charging feature. But after finishing the entire game mechanics, it no longer seemed attractive enough for me to want to play. So I added those thought bubbles in and just placed my principles inside. And I also used black and white because I didn't want to be that detailed with my animation. Since it takes about 3 or 4 hours for me to pump out a single animation anyway. And with all those limitations in mind, I simply went with the human psychology theme cause it fits and I'm very into the whole messing with the minds kind of shtick.
What Inspired Me As I Was Making This Game
My thought process as I was trying to make Ink World (Name Subject To Change).
