thechineseroom is an independent game studio based in Brighton and Portsmouth, UK. Based around the research and writing of Dan Pinchbeck, we've spent the last three years experimenting with first-person gaming. In 2008, we released the award-winning, critically acclaimed Dear Esther. This is currently available as a Source mod. Dear Esther is currently being redeveloped by Robert Briscoe which is due for an Indie release in late 2010.

Hello !

I'm an electronic musician willing to work on video games. I've been implied in rap bands as a beatmaker in the past and I'm now composing solo for ambient tracks, piano tracks and abastract hip hop.

Professionally, I'm also a dialogue editor and a sound designer, working mostly on documentaries.

It is invitation only now, and no company should be ever marked here as "private" as it prevents users from browsing through their games. So all company pages should be public / publicly viewable here as it has nothing to do with the nature of the company itself (yet still be invitation-only; except for secretive development teams that use their company pages to share stuff between their team members so those have to block traffic from common visitors.)
