I wrote that I kept wondering about Process and I did. Maybe I’ll never know if there can be other endings, but as far as I’m concerned, after dickers of replays, we are not going to stop the train after the pause at Cheraon Station.
I like to think of Process as a metaphor of our life. When we get born we find ouselves projected on a running vehicole, with its own devices set up to follow a procedure while a timer starts a contdown. The Process is unavoidable, yet concentrating on any single phase amplify our knowledge and awareness.
The deadlock we experience while seemingly confused numbers appear, and we can’t get out of the passenger car, express the uncertainties in life that preclude the free choiches. They will be overcame when we’ll undestand the underlying laws and dynamics, as in the game.
And, even if it may sound weird, the twin modules in conflict remind me of the dichotomy between a supposed “good” and a supposed “evil” (Tate3 complying with the unknown attempts and Uni2 resetting estabilished order, maybe?)
The massive pipiline system seems able to convey the flow of collective unconscious, the archetype legacy where we are going to ultimately converge. and the same changing duration of the game, depending on individual accomplishments, is mimic of the relativity of time perception.
The warm red-light of the ending replaced the strive to fight with a pervading sense of profound peace… I just wanted to let go and dissolve in the train. Then the end comes; naturally, smoothly…
I DID love this game, as I’ve been in love with Sublustrum-Outcry for ages, and I still am.
You are great, please go on!

Process has entered my personal top ten of most fascinating games.
I played it an awful lot of times in the effort of getting aware of what was really going on and to try understand my role, admitting there were one apart from enjoying a real masterpiece of art and far out dreamy (or nightmare if you find it more proper) dimension.
It was a great experience and it still is, as I keep wondering about it.
Thanks so much!

It would be really cool to see a 3D version of Submachine (a flash game series by Pastel Stories). I think the style is a good match.

A very interesting and suspenseful game. I dunno if you guys meant it to be a horror game, but it sure felt like one. I am a bit confused on the ending however. Did the protangist stop the train or, what?
