it's a trap
It doesn't even fit any of the requirements for a tank. An alternative Infantry Support vehicle perhaps, but not a tank.
even so, a RPG shot to the sides would be devastating, even if it has super thick armour, mobility would be totally ******.
The armor on it would be insultingly thin for it to be considered a tank and the placement of the turret isn't good either as it is too far in the back to do the rest of the vehicle justice. This would better off as a reconnaissance vehicle than a frontline vehicle.
As said here Darpa.mil, it's not envision of future tank but on future Armored ground vehicle and this thing is obliviously not he tank.
Looks like something that came out of GDI's arsenal.

Looks like a NOD device or an Arma III op4 APC.
May be future of the toy cars, but I couldn't say it's a tank when I saw that little cute thing (Even Renault FT is look like a future tank more than this)
