This is often the default position of muzzleflash for weapons in Anomaly. I don't often make changes to this, but will be making some in the release of Military pack.

That's how a PSO works. It's not lined up with the bore of the weapon - no fix needed.

I don't think you understand what the word "broken" means.
If you don't wish to use my animations, then yes, you will have to remove my animations or reimplement the older animations back yourself.
If I can make it so the gun uses a different animation when the scope is attached and find the time to animate a separate reload, sure.
Nope. It's part of the aiming animation. These are close range weapons not secured into the shoulder. They aren't meant to be used for accuracy.
