Thanks alot :)
Thanks alot :)
I understand what you mean, I just wanted to make a point that I feel the industry is not reusing assets enough to mitigate risks. Probably should have worded it differntly
I agree with you but I do think alot of people do not. People say that pupg is an asset flip, at least some amount of people. But if we are all in agreeing its fine I guess I did needed to write the article.
Since alot of people see games like these as asset flips and I heared also from alot of people that they aren`t sure if its a good idea I think the article still stands true. What would you call games like this then?

I did not get the impression that you do not like the design, i just wanted to make sure i realy understand your point. I will probably firs try an approach where colors will change during levels (from start to finish, in just a very slight way) and then over levels slightly stronger. This way you should get a feeling of progression wile also making the levels feel more different. If that doesnt achieve what we are talking about, i will do another itteration. Thanks again for your feedback!
I am still not quite sure, are you suggesting changing colors based on obstacles, so that the player sees new stuff instantly, or just by levels?
I am realy happy you liked the game. The colorss are not yet final, but do you think it would be good to mix up different obstacles (maybe give them all shades of colors between red and yellow), the same could be done for the level borders, to not make the game feel so repetative from a color perspective. Or do you think i should swap the entire colors from level to level? Another possibility would be to increase the number of colors that each rectangle can have, or letting it shift over it's lifetime. Anyway i will defenatly take a look into the entire colloring again and i made it easy on me to swap colors, but i am not sure where the journey will lead me, if you have any thoughts on this please let me know, because once i have around 20 levels i will do another polish itteration, in which i will also take a look how i can change the colors.
Thanks for your input, it is realy appreciated!
Setup the Indie db page, if you want to give me feedback or something else please go ahead, i am still new to all this and have to learn a lot.
