If you want to take parts of FORTS for it, I must say no, sorry.
The Bots still use construction markers on my maps (you can find them under Actor\NavigationPoint\DKsAIConstrSite inside UnrealED). On maps without construction markers or when all markers are blocked somehow, the AI trys to find existing buildings and places other structures nearby. If there are no structures, the place structures randomly or near mineral fields. The type of building to be placed is determined by an algorithm.

You have to set FORTS as the active mutator in the mutator-menu before starting a new match.

I am currently busy with multiplayer testing and bug-fixing which shows me that there are still some annoying issues to be fixed.
Because I want the mod to run adequate before I make a new release, I estimate the new relaese around late april.

Hehe, I like RedAlert II too! It's a great game but the style does not fit FORTS. I am currently working on my new project Straship Aces (for UT 2004).
Because in UT2004 the Bot-path-network must be defined on every single map via the map-editor, you might block some of those pre-defined paths when placing structures later in the game. Yeah, the Harvesters... Give them new orders (defende/attack/freelance) and they will do the job.
Try out the new manual-download. I just updated it.
I just replaced the manual with another version with the same content but without those large background-images. That should fix the download-problems.
Build the Anubian Drone Control, select a drone in the vehicle production menu and then press "fire" to purchase it.
It's the regular size of the HUD. I think a smaller one would be more difficult to read while flying. The idea is that you don't have to look on small numbers in the corners.
Hmmm....Try using the gamefront-link that appears when pressing the download-button.
