I can't speak for older versions, but do you know what hud size you are using? The ammo counter on the left of the normal hud shows you the ammo in the mag, the ammos on the right show all your ammos.

Make sure to run both pk3 files together otherwise it won’t work
Run it with gzdoom 4.13 and see if that fixes the error

Alright I'm uploading a new patch for the mod soon. Once you get it, go the batman menu and find the reset button. Assign it to a key, then press it in game. It should restore all values back to the right ones.
Strange. Some quick checks: are you running it with any other gameplay mods? Is it enabled in the Batman settings menu? Which version of gzdoom are you using?

try the slide maneuver but backwards, which can be done by crouching while moving.
