The goal of this project make community update for vanila half-life as pack of improvements made by the community. Big part of that project is to make the HD gearbox pack to fell better and more close to original models.
Because some of the models dont have hd counter part I really like your fungos and light models. Also the scope of the rpg models tits very well with the Gearbox's rpg. At least I need that part to rework the weapon models. And for the others I will find replacements. I really hope you agree. Full crediting is gurantied.

I have recomendetion. In the lore the BM security use not only glocks, but revolver and deagles. Will be good if you include and this 2 pistols with teir animations.

I checked the models and the Klainer head looks little bit HD and dint fit with the other heads.

Well i made some testing and it's look like Goldsrc strengthing the upscaled textures and xash make them to fith perfectly in the place of the originals. I tested it with Half-life Enriched's wad to not broke the Goldsrc limitations. I'm sad because we can't use upclaling wads for replacing the original ones in Goldsrc. Only detail textures :(, but for Xash is completely ok.

Hi the most problem with textures is with a transparent textures. Idk their are missing or something else. Also to work with goldsrc the limit their need to be is 515x512

Why not add materials sistem from Condition Zero Deleted scenes. Its actually very good for Goldsrc engine and I don't Valve applyed yoe evry Goldsrc game.

For me the charger don't look like flying enemy and don't thing he has supost to fire enithing. For me look like is something that will run foward to you very fast and will try to Hit you much as he can. And also have very big shield, like armadilo.
