Argh, i didn't consider the loadorder.
I altered the files from the minimod and it works now.
I still dont understand why it didn't work with just your mod and E4X and some files that came with the minimod are actually missing in your mod or handled/named differently.

i'am editing the "Gameplay.constants" and "Research_ING_MaxCapitalshipsAll0" to increase my fleetsize and while the fleet supply is increasing, my capitalship points do not change.
I played with the values increase the base value in every "Research_ING_MaxCapitalshipsAllX" file to 100 but no change.

Then i tried the 4X minimod to double supply and nothing changed.

Question: Wich files do i have to alter to increase the amount of capitalship points?
