The design is excellent! May I suggest to rename this unit to Lindon Glaivesmen (as their weapon is rather a glaive/voulge).

Is there any recommended compatible mods for this mod? Like Terrestia Orbem mod or anything else?
I second a 'more ammunition' submod.
Is this update a sign for the upcoming ver. 1800? ;)
Thanks!
I don't know if the Hungarian Royal Guard cavalry unit from the 1700 version have a replacement, but the 4th Hessen-Hornburg Hussars would fit well.
Cool, but please add the 4th Hungarian Hussars (red breeches, green dolmans and light blue shakos) as they were the most succesful Hungarian unit of the era.
Any news on the 1800 version?
Very good design! Simple (sometimes less is kore).
Could this crash be associated with Win10? (I have win10).
thewanderingknight what platfrom did you built this mod on?
With unit models (in terms of quality, "HD-ness") like this, your mod will be easily in the top 5 Medieval TW mod! :)
I used to play this mod a lot back in the day. I uninstalled it after version 8.X, because you guys overcomplicated/overthinked it. After a while, I installed the current version, started a Prussian campaign (h/h or vh/vh; can't remember). First battle; after fighting for it a very long time with like 10 vs 12 units, the artillery was bugging out, the cavalry was exhausted after a 300m trotting and 45 seconds of fighting. So I moved my fresh Jägers (only fired like 2-3 volleys in the battle) against the advancing enemies' side. From ~10 meters distance, my 78 Marksmen unleased a volley into the exhausted enemy line... killing literally NO ONE. That was the moment I knew it's time to uninstall it again. Do you guys consider to release a vanilla- or Darthmod compatible unit pack of your awesome unit skins?
Please send me the new file as well! :)
As a Hungarian let me write some constructive criticism about Austria's Hungarian units:
- 1st Hussars had dark blue uniform with black shako:
Jelmezkolcsonzo.hu
- The generic "Hungarian hussars" unit could have the look of the current 1st hussars (black/red shako, green dolmans, red breeches).
- the currently unnamed hussar unit (I presume they missing the name/localisation) should have the name "4th Hussars", and should have red breeches instead of green ones (with the current green dolmans and blue shakos, those look fine): Magyarhuszar.hu
Traditionally, none of the Hungarian units wore green trousers/breeches. The Hungarian foot generally wore light blue, tight trousers; the hussars differed by regiments, the most common was red or dark/light blue (but if it was blue, it was matching with the blue dolmans):
Fehervarihuszarok.hu

The mod is promising, keep up the work! :)
Cheers!
For me, all your mods crashes on launching the campaign (even after I deleted map.rwm). Installed literally any other Med2 mod without problem so far. (steam version)
Can you repalce victory music with "I'll drink from your skull!"? :D
Is there no way to fix the scabbard/carry position for the swords?
That's cool! What is customizable?
Congrats on release! Is it normal that I can't colour my custom heroes' outfits? They all just the default colour.
Is there any English translation for this?
Wouldn't it be easier to relocate the scabbard models in the model editor program in order to be carried in a better looking ingame-position?
Very nice, however the swords are floating in their scabbards, add scabbard-straps/belts! :)
Why don't you upload a fixed, patched version up here, on moddb?
No I meant individual "decade-armies" as different, individual factions in custom battles. This way, the unit selection pool won't be crowded at all. E.g: there is no Russia faction, just Russia 1770s faction with X amount of unit, Russia 1780s faction with Y amount of unit (of couse sharing some), etc. etc.
You know what would be cool? If you would make an all-in version of your mods, with period armies for custom battles like in Napoleonic TW III mod (e.g.: Russia 1770s, Russia 1780s etc.). This way, these phenomenal uniforms of yours could really shine alltogether.
For the Khwarezm faction, the gaem crashes on turn 1
Great news, can't wait! :)
Btw what's the point of having non-recruitable units?
The men look great; however could you add real Scottish Broadswords? or overhaul the melee weapons in general?
Do this mod's files overwrite anything vanilla? The mod don't seem to be (completely) mod-foldered, so I'm reluctant to install it right now.
