From my (very short) testing, yes.
However, you will have to remove the "ressource" and the "materials" folder inside the "pak01_dir.vpk" of the mod folder. This will restore the main menu back to normal & allow you to play singleplayer (while still being able to play Portal 1 in coop). I will test further and update you if needed. Also I can share my edited VPK if you want ;)

Have you tried rebuilding the audio cache? I haven't experienced any audio issues so far.
-> type "snd_rebuildaudiocache" into the console and wait for the game to finish (it might freeze during the process)

I got the mod working after doing most of the things written in the FAQ (and I'm really enjoying it, the mod makes the game so much better :D), the console still doesn't want to be used tho.

Hey, uhm, your mod looks great so far but I can't open the console. Is it even working in the mod?
