Will the hardware requirements be lower or higher for the new release?
Sorry, didn't see the message before. Late reply but nice offer anyways.
Unfortunately not but it's also not dead.
Yes, that's ok. Thanks for asking. Gonna be interesting to see.
Thanks as well. Have fun then.
It's a rushed palette and some colors are too vivid. In case you still have any use for it this screenshot should have the palette I.imgur.com
Thanks. Progress slowed down due to some issues with the Dreamcast version and other things in life but quite some of it is done.
Sometime when i got enough time for it.
Oh hi there, just saw the message. I guess you got all the answers on the youtube video by now =)
Hi there, yes i remember it but unfortunately i don't have a copy of it. Good luck finding it though!
Thanks, trying to keep it undead and sexy!
There are. You could try "goobers". Otherwise write me a private message.
Nice "puzzle" concept. It gets more complex towards the end and works quite well with the levels.
What an incredible moustache, gives the game a hypnotizing look!
Aye aye, that's an exotic setting and looks fun. Good luck with it...arrrr!
Maybe if I had a better programmer or better programming skills and if both fits in art/design wise.
Thanks for the feedback! Heh, if it was less tough it wouldn't have the atmosphere it has now. Not sure what you mean with sprites ala G&G though.
Hello there.
The guards tend to shoot fast from behind corners, sometimes without being really visible. Maybe it's just their high accuracy that gives this impression or maybe a low frame rate. As for the rain it's actually raining indoors if you set the view size lower.
It's the actual memory usage which is quite hefty (tried playing it on a 128mb ram machine). For comparison a basic default mod needs around 20mb i think. Might be cause all sounds and music are loaded at start.
One of the things i like is that there actually new sounds and music though I'm not a fan of such music style. The first level is a nice calm approach, without any fight. At least for me the level design is more interesting compared to the first part. I enjoy the fantasy and more creepy themed levels (the skull of the skeletons looks bit odd though).
I came also across 2 bugs while playing now for 5 minutes. One is that it keeps displaying fuel instead of ammo if you get killed in a mech and other one is you can prison yourself if you exit one in middle of a door.
Disappointing. 4 years with a graphic artist on board and the result is art design which is all over the place featuring ripped graphics. The title screen (which is usually the first visual thing that jumps onto you before you play) is even more "based" on Strife than the one from part 1. The art design is more like a step backwards and probably its weakest point.
Some notes:
-I don't think you hold a rifle like this.
-The ai has a tendency to do wallhackish shots.
-The rain is buggy indoors.
-Game needs about 200mb of ram?!
The graphics were made from scratch in paint. Good luck in case you try to do a mod!
Better late than never! Thanks but it's not so great (: The chance is low cause the SDL code differs a lot from the original in some required parts.
