idk the lighting seems strange on this foliage. try disabling per vertex lighting, or self shadowing, i forget which.

eyecandy2 and the 3 mapbase folders should be in steamapps/sourcemods.
you also need source sdk 2013sp installed click this if you dont have it: Rungameid
once installed set source sdk2013 to the upcoming branch by right clicking it on steam and selecting "upcoming" in the beta tab.

the particle is really cool, shame it disappears as soon as you swing though. and i agree a bit of ragdoll twitching like with super gravgun deaths would be a good touch
