This is a problem inherent with Unity. The only way to fix the problem is to have the framerate more than double your monitor refresh rate. Then the lag becomes almost unnoticeable.
I'll get to that sometime! Unfortunately my minds a little split since I'm not on vacation anymore :P
It's like.. a super test map! I should bring back that giant tower though...
I've been thinking about this a bunch and I think I have devised an idea that's really going to pull this title together. Thanks for the inspiration!
Sooooo shiny! :3 Personally I enjoy the color. Foliage is my secret weakness.
Been following this for a while! Nice to see it being played in multiplayer now! Keep sharp.
You really do have some modelling skills there. Pretty sweet.
Congrats on having been the first Guns of Theory follower. You get a ... muffin?
That usually happens when you haven't picked a level. I forgot to set a default level. If you are ever curious of what the game is doing, press the ~ key on your keyboard.
I love stuff on graphics. You it'd be cool to have articles up on techiques and difficulties in getting it all running nicely.
Yeah, I played the game myself and it was definitely unique and had it's own rewarding nature. I'd have to puzzle over it more before I force players to have to deal with that level of complexity. Thanks for the thought!
That's sweet. Looks like a fun game for the apartment.
A little request to IndieDB might be to have a "Alpha" or "Beta" file type to go somewhere between "Full Version" and "Demo"
Curious. I was looking around your page for a video and couldn't find one that worked...

Designing and developing games has been my childhood dream, and I'm working towards it while still trying to be successful at life, which can sometimes be pretty mutually exclusive.
