It's a Gap Generator jerry-rigged onto a tank chassis as a turret. Not only that, the gap generator will pivot upwards for gap mode.

Anyways, what sort of details? Have parts of the top raised similar to how a Crusader's is? Or just texture details?

I believe the U.S.'s magnet humvee will have that sort of effect. China's magnet tank may be an electromagnet (enables only when firing.)
