Go to the Windows folder, then victoria_dev_db060916_0003_Data, then Mono. Mono.dll should be in there as I see it in my directories when I compile them.

Very close, indeed. However, most of the tracks use Apple's Live Loops feature, which is not present in Walk Band. Other than that, it's practically the same thing.
