GLPeas have a mission statement which explains well the type of games we make.
1) Innovate, don't imitate. There is no point making a clone of something that already exists, and tehre are lots of people doing it already.
2) Fun(ction) before Form. Avoid 3D, animation, realism, and other resource intensive processes that add little to gameplay but a lot to development time.
3) No guns. We don't want any part of that saturated market.
