Sketchfab company

We started Sketchfab in Paris, France, in early 2012. We were frustrated to see so many artists spending hours on making great 3D models, but ending up sharing dull screenshots as there was no better solution to showcase their work… WebGL, the first open standard to display 3D graphics in a browser, had recently been released, so it was the perfect timing to start building the best platform to share 3D designs. Our community quickly grow to where we are now, a fruitful mix of artists, designers, architects, engineers, brands, museums, schools and more. Welcome aboard!
