An immersive, story driven Sci-Fi adventure focused on exploring the effects, ethics and attitudes towards deep space travel, alien life and more. Delerium is set 70-100 years in the future, where mankind has branched out to other planets in our local system in an effort to quench an insatiable desire to explore the unknown (something I want to play around with) you (the player) play the part of a radio operator on a courier vessel running a route from a far away planet back to earth, carrying an unknown cargo. When you wake up, you’re thrown into the deep end, there’s no one on the ship, they’ve all disappeared, just you and the mainframe AI to keep you company. The entrance to the cargo bay is locked from the other side and your ship is stranded above the rings of Saturn. Your sole objective is to get home. Issues explored: Loneliness Alcoholism Paranoia Isolation

Some stats on the current performance levels, with vsync enabled there is a constant 60FPS everywhere on the ship whilst in the editor. A fully build version can expect upwards of 200+ FPS All settings are set to maximum and the texture streaming pool size is set to 4GB Without V-Sync I peaked at 460 FPS whilst staring at the floor, and 96FPS AVG while staring at Saturn, meaning the current build is sufficient for VR. -Ethan

Hello all!

I have recently done a second round optimization of the game and would like to share the current state of it all! I have attached several screenshots showing my rig setup, and general UE4 game stats alongside the FPS.

Some stats on the current performance levels, with V-Sync enabled there is a constant 60FPS everywhere on the ship whilst in the editor. A fully built version can expect upwards of 200+ FPS

All settings are set to maximum and the texture streaming pool size is set to 4GB

Without V-Sync I peaked at 460 FPS whilst staring at the floor, and 96FPS AVG while staring at Saturn, meaning the current build is sufficient for VR.
