Gang Beasts (prototype) is a silly local multiplayer party game with surly gelatinous characters, brutal mêlée fight sequences, and absurdly hazardous environments.
we are working on an experimental 10 player version for an event (http://updateshow.co.uk) in April, but don't plan to make the full game 10 player currently.
the 0.0.2 build (released on 8th March) has AI enemies on the 'Sandbox' and 'Street' stage, AI have not been added to the other stages yet as they require more complex intelligence that we still need to write.
question will there be a color choice in the options and be able to chose how many ai's you want in a level beside sandbox and street in newer versions?
We plan to support various forms of customisation but can't commit to the specifics until we are at a later stage of the games development; we currently plan to let players customise the number of enemies in specific modes but not in the story modes.

I wish there is an option to disable skins in the future because i like having colored fighters without skins

There will be, on the FAW it says that you will be able to just play as the default ones.
