Looks exactly like Rust.
All of these issues have been addressed for future versions.
UMSC is free, and no this won't work for Pocket Edition.
We're working hard on the Alpha to get it out. In terms of mod packs in the first version of the Alpha we'll be unofficially supporting mod packs in the sense that you'll be able to use them, however there is no official support. As for portforwarding it totally depends on your router, there's only so much we can do at a programmatical standpoint. And yes, when an update is available, it should pop up in your UMSC client.
Indeed we've added support. In the next update you'll be able to select a "custom" API to which you can select any minecraft jar you wish. Though this technically isn't fully supporting it just yet the option will be available in the mean time.
If you're referring to price, I'm pretty sure the Minecraft EULA makes sure all mods for Minecraft are free.
We're making some really big changes to the way everything works in the final Alpha build. Hopefully by the end of next week I'll be able to push out the new Alpha build. As for the help menu, I imagine by the time I push the Alpha out, this will look significantly different. As for now and the rest of next week however, this isn't available yet. However if you ever need any help, feel free to contact our support email at "umscbugreport@gmail.com" and we should be able to help you out. Hold on tight for the next build!
I agree, Spigot is the best server API, however Spigot is just a modified CraftBukkit but it's improved massively. I'd even recommend those using Vanilla servers to use Spigot.
It's very difficult to programatically port forward for users, the port forwarding offered in UMSC is very basic. The issue is the majority of routers port forwarding settings are within the router, therefore UMSC has no access directly to the router, therefore you must do it yourself. Check Google out for some tutorials, it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it!
It's a common issue. Either one of two things. You either don't have enough RAM. Or, you should try getting the .jar files elsewhere other than where we link to, I think those links are already broken. This will be fixed in the next update.
That's a good idea, I'll add that!
I'm not sure what you're saying.
Thanks! If you have any suggestions or features you'd like to see, let us know! We're open to suggestions.
Hello! Apologies, just seen this. I don't see why not? It's something we'll add to the list!
Quick note, runs perfectly on Windows 10!
Looked into it, sorry it took so long, rather busy. Anyway, we're looking to include mod pack support in the future so consider that in! Thanks for your feedback.
If by "mod pack" you're referring to Technic then I doubt it, but it's something I'll look into.
Pre-Alpha releasing today!
I hope that's a "wow" of awe! :D
This has already been changed!
We'll be releasing the pre-alpha soon! Just ironing out some issues right now, if you'd like to keep track of when we release the pre-alpha test feel free to watch this mod!
Updated by Alan because I made a mistake :D
Unfortunately, this has effected QA testing times, apologies for this.
Sounds like a good idea, I'd not thought of that. Thanks dude!
