That needs to be defined within the weapon mods, not on Nashgore.
You would need to overwrite every actor of Brutal Doom on BludType File of Nashgore, but that will also mean a spam of actors on every shot you deliver.
And its not worth the hassle.

Vanilla Chaingunner doesnt Spawn D4_HAR
only Chaingun, whereas HellRazer from D4T Monster Pack does spawn it with
a small chance.
I had it on "Map Default" the only way to make the mods music
play it was deleting the Music Line on Mapinfo, that way it worked.
Ill test it.

I noticed that mapsets with mapinfo defined music do not play any songs at all.
At least for me thats the case.

Pretty nice upgrade to the original, my only gripe is that
all the time I get a ms spike even if there are not enemies around, my guess is that some kind of script is running over and over again making the experience not so smooth as One Expects.
This happened even on map 1 of Doom II, my ms are at 3 then theres suddenly a spike of 10-14 ms with a little stutter, which is annoying.
I wonder what is causing it?
