The name came to us when we decided to create the mod with the Liberty Bell being a focus in part of the mod's story—though the title is poking fun at how the world has gone to hell since the fallout, hence the name Liberty Hell. :)

Unfortunately, we will not be able to incorporate other mods without permission from the original mod authors. With that said, however, we will be more than happy to work with other creators after the launch of Liberty Hell to ensure such aspects can be consolidated.

Thank you for the question! As of right now, our map does not include Wayne or the King of Prussia Mall. Maybe in future updates of the mod we could incorporate those areas. Nonetheless, the mod will have much to do and explore as it will be a bit larger than Fallout 4's vanilla game world!
