I am afraid I didnt care for this mod. Perhaps because I put the settings on normal and thus I expected a basic gameplay where normal health was assigned all the way around and a reasonable amount of enemies to face.
On the contrary. Whole clips were required to kill a badguy which in my opinion is rather unreasonable, and the ammount of enemies was just laughable. Ten guys drop/respawn out of nowhere? Really? REALLY? 50 headcrabs fall out of the ceiling while I am trapped in an office like area and there is no where for me to hide. REeally? Continuous fails (reload) over unreasonable odds is not fun.
Massivly bumping up the health and doubling the enemy spawning does not make the game better. It makes it more frustrating and less realistic and tedious to play.
By the time I got to the end I had God mod on all the time and a key bound to impulse 101. I just wanted to finish the flippin game. It was no longer about solving the puzzles and avoiding or killing the badguys. By the end, the puzzles were far and few between, I couldnt figure how my progress was contributing to a story, the odds of one man against 20 solders positioned in all directions was stupid, and backtracking all the time became redundant and predictable. To be honest, the whole thing just felt like a bunch of maps were put together, then combine were thrown all over the place and then someone tried to come up with a plot to match what the end result is.
Sorry. I really thought I was gonna love this game. I didnt.
I am able to play the game fine with this game info:

My problem is that I just entered a "combine elevator" going down, I hit a loading, and the crashed to the desktop without it opening the door with "ED_Alloc: no free edicts" error message. I have used previous saves, I have replayed a huge chunk of the game. No joy.
This was a very good game to play! Loads of fun and lots of surprizes! Thanks for the good time~!
I cant even get past the opening scene. GMan walks up to me and then stares at me. No statement, nothing. meh.
Thank you ericfong! I had a lot of fun doing it and I am glad it was for such a great mod. Human Error proved to be a very VERY enjoyable game. =)
I am having tons of fun with the tank, the manhacks.. sheesh this is great!
Is there a walkthrough available yet? :sigh: I cant even figure out how to get out of the room I woke up in. How depressing.
It is only an indicator of the engine being used. =-)
btw... I am a voice actor. Let me know when your project is ready for voices and I may join your team. That is, depending on how busy I am.
Let me know if you need a female voice actor for your next project. I think I might be interested in applying.
Top THAT Christmas gift! hehe
These guys are so sahweet in the way they dish out the mediaz. Smooth like a chocolate milkshake. Rock on boys!
...and then everyone says you need to have unique passwords for all your logins. How about one password that I use for everything that I dont care if you get ahold of, another that I would care but it would not kill me, and then another where I would slit my wrists if you got it.
:sigh:
I think you may have caught him at a moment in his life where he thought he wasnt being watched... and he needed to relieve some stress?
I cannot believe how many profiles I have on the net. This is getting rediculous.
