I just found something out, I was playing on this level with a bunch of barrels and that's what made me think GDZOOM was slow and I went back to Zandronum, and I played on the same level and it ran slow for Zandronum because of all the stuff that was on the map

The best way for me is to turn texture filtering off and dynamic lighting off if you're running some heavy ****.
Gzdoom is just way more taxing than zandronum. As I'm using an old laptop so I completely feel your pain. Especially with my mod. It's insanely taxing.
Other than that dude. I haven't found a way and I've messed with it for months.
Alright, so problem with Operation: Inhuman, it tries to run, but it has a lot of errors while launching, then crashes. "Tried to register class 'Nashgore_FlyingBloodSaw' more than once." and other such issues. Using GZdoom
