Thinking of new unit is not an issue, implementing to the game is. SAGE is very limited by its code and we cannot create half of the stuff we have in mind, leaving us using same units, abilities and weapons.
Render is also affected by light settings in 3dsMax which is very different than actual game, also, renders are additionally improved in Photoshop to emphasize details.

i can do that...But it is much extra work...the problem is, infantry models are so small in game that you would barely notice, so i dont think it is worth it.

Laser general Annihilator structure is rank5 structure, and it is not sure that it will be available for laser general when we release final X version.
As for SW T3 assault vehicle, lets not forget that this is Super Weapon general and you get particle cannon/tomahawk at rank 3. Having such tank would only make it more similar to other generals. With super weapons, you also get damage upgrade for sonic tank, or armor upgrade for crusader and tomahawk.
Conventional line does not require so much power, so building a lot of power generators as you would do like for futuristic path is not needed. Space required for generator is the same as for normal USA power plant, but you still get it cheaper and faster.
Tomahawk launcher arty unit has been fixed and greatly improved after Beta release.
As for now, USA both paths are finished regarding new units and models, we will focus on other stuff and other generals.
Futuristic path has more aggressive and offensive units, while conventional path relies more on defense structures.
