I don't want to come off as rude here, but are you still planning to release an update by/on July 4th? I read a couple pages back that it was what you hoped to do.

I'm confused as to how to install this with the Steam version of the game. Do I need to get the patches first or is the Steam one up-to-date?

It's not the thread that is updated, Parrot posts replies about the state of the update and how the testing is going.

To everyone complaining about the release date of the update, you should also pay attention to the fseforums board for this mod. Parrot posts little updates about the beta testing and what not for the mod there.

I've also been getting an "Out of memory error" when I try launching the game. I've changed the "seta com_hunkMegs" to 512 and it started occuring.

Whenever I try launching the game from my Back2Fronts shortcut, I get an Application Error that says "Failed to find Steam." Can anyone help me out with this problem?

I've been getting a warning when I downloaded it through Chrome that the file may have Malware, not sure if it's correct so I'm re-downloading it again.

So for the next update, will it be compatible for AS1 still or only AS2? I personally prefer AS1 still and was hoping the next update would still work on AS1.

Well, people were begging him to release it after three years. It looks better than most mods. Considering it was developed mainly by one person, I'd say it's pretty good.

What did you expect from an ALPHA? Of course there's gonna be bugs and what not. Just enjoy the fact that it's even out. Docm will fix these bugs eventually, but he deserves a little break after putting so much time and effort just to get a playable alpha for us. Come back when most of these are fixed.

What browser do you open it in? Whenever I use Chrome it doesn't load for some reason.
