I tried to make this patch shortly after 1.3 came out and encountered the same thing. I think there's just something weird about Deeper Down.

I wanted to let you know, xNVSE's latest update prints script errors to the console, and the option plugin produces this error every frame (I believe only while the pip-boy is on the stats page):
