I am just playing for bugs at the moment, it seems when I am looking for bugs.. They don't show! So annoying. I can't say that I have had a video issue, it seems to run smoothly on the settings I have it. Which is normally medium quality fullscreen, I am not going to try play on high because I know the limits of my computer and I don't want to stuff it incase there are perm problems like your case. Saying that I do remeber when I was bug testing a while back, there was this random black screen problem and annother where if I ran to a new city it would crash..... And the jukebox of death....

I would just like to say that I love this game, I have had minor problems with it (Bugs) but I don't really mind that because all good games need to have bugs at the start. This is a good game with a ton of potential! And I will support you as long as I can, and try my best to help.

Hey, as FallDownGuy said. It is still in heavy dev. So all the bugs and lag issues have not been fixed as of yet. Just play what you can, wait for the updates and enjoy when you can.
It's a good game when it wants to work for me, when when I am on a no lag streak.
