Maybe a list of stuff the toolkit has would be useful? A lot of newer modders never get off the ground cause they lack a sufficient enough description and screenshots. I've seen it happen all too frequently around here.

Connies survived service well into the TNG era, though usually light duty and training ships. Some were even casualties in the Wolf 359 response fleet. I wouldn't at all be surprised if a handful were refit and pulled into active combat service during the Dominion War.
Starfleet built their ships to last. Warp cores the size of a walnut? They just seem to be getting bigger each generation Scotty. No worries there.
Slick. Almost doesn't even look like a Naboo fighter. Gives off a very merc or outlaw vibe to it.
Interior lighting visible from the Exterior? Looks really good and makes the Interceptor more menacing. Almost reminds me of the Cylon Raider from Battlestar Galactica

Needs to be a special version of the Enterprise D where it fires phasers from the torpedo tube. The TNG HD edition would like us to forget about that. But we won't.
Always hated doing the proving grounds in the original, never could judge the right height for the smaller gates. With more fleshed out models like these, the proving grounds may actually be worth doing now.
Any chance this will get Pazaak? Like in Star Wars Conquest for the original M&B?

Also, Gar Saxon And The Shadow Collective, and that last Mandalore battle would be amazing. I really dug that red armor. That last fight was a little surreal. Even if Jango Fett was confirmed to not be a real Mandalorian, Clone Troopers are kinda Mandalorians in spirit, sorta. Clone Troopers were fighting for their real home, even if they didn't fully realize it. Not some test tube on built by tall necks on Kamino.
Does this mod include the Republic Commando group from that game? If not, hint hint. Cause we got bugs to squash and lizards to smash.

Any news of the progress of Tiberian Sun? Would love to see that on a release before 2020. Maybe that's wishful thinking though lol.
Its kinda old, but its really cool. But you can kick jump and dodge and stuff, this and combined with the Parkour and Slowmo mod make a hell of an experience.

Oh no, you answered my question precisely. Just with all this front end Unity stuff, I keep forgetting how limited the X-Wing engine actually was lol. Love the game and look forward to this long over-needed remaster of this game.
So, the plans for the ship to hold the plans for the Death Star, interesting, very interesting...
On a serious note, I dig the side detail. I know ships could dock in X-Wing, is the new engine gonna allow for more detailed docking methods? Than just, you know, parking next to the ship until objective is complete.
My opinion on this in general, if it's real, is why not just make ROTC an option mod, on top of SOGE? It seems the worries of balance is an issue that can be re-worked with a bunch of rather small entity files. Rebuilding the mod as a whole is kind of pointless, when you already have a large group of assets readily available, from SOGE. Not to mention that SOGE already has a bunch of balance options that come with it, whats one more finely tuned mod on top of it? If you feel that you have to re-do a bunch of models, maybe a remastering of SOGE as a whole is in order? Just a thought.
