Its not that easy like that, it is part of the Win Security system. Its ok, it is what it is.

Means this stalker was suppose to respawn after he was killed, but it could not for some reason, and the debugger could not get around it to "pass". maybe because the mod has fixed some issues, more issues that get fix, the less the debugger will pass a error for some reason. I would try to re-load from the last save. Maybe something was in the way so it couldn't..

Ok that is why it gets blocked by smart screen filter, its a unknown exe file for installment. Well guess I never will be getting anything up here from anyone. All I been getting is blocked.. well except by regular compressed gamedata files. Which has only been 1 or 2 out of all these others..
