Unbirth: Envy The Dead was a game cancelled by Frictional Games many moons ago, never to see the light of day. Their time with this project would later shape the series now known as the "Penumbra" trilogy. While this is not a faithful remake to the original unfinished "Unbirth", this was merely a demo recreation to emulate the look and feel in modern day. This two level demo was done in response to the craze that was the Silent Hills teaser at the time, which also met an untimely fate. No further development is promised or insinuated but it is made viewable here for internet archive reasons.
