Is there a miner inside the launcher? Downloading is very slow and gpu usage is 100%, uninstalled
hi, no, the launcher was made with Unreal Engine, I disabled all graphics consumption things but I don't know why it takes so much GPU, I will to fix it as soon I can.
The downloading is very slow because the server is overflowed.
I will publish a pre-installed version in next hours, the launcher will be ready to use and I think the speed will be better by downloading 8GB from IndieDB and not our server.

Hi, finaly I found why I haven't limited the FPS, I will fix it with a version L1.4 of the launcher. ;)
Sto cercando di scaricarlo anche io purtroppo io non me ne intendo moltissimo di queste cose ma spero che ci stiate lavorando perché a me il downolad mi da un termine stranissimo oscilla tra 1 ora rimanente e i 10 giorni. Alla fine niente non riesco a scaricarlo

Please use Unreal Engine 5. It Is Better to take time and give more to users than accomplish less and quickly. I am a programmer, thank you for your work.
Hi, yes I thought to it but it is not reliable like the UE4 currently. In addition UE5 need a SSD to run properly nanite. There are many players that can't play on UE5 currently that's was another reason why I haven't rush on it. ^^

Duuuuude, we are very happy after almost 2 years of absence to see a first pre-alpha build BUT..
You surely have to fix your launcher.
I mean you shouldn't even made this available:
1) the download is too slow: I have 1 Gbps and I need like 5 full seconds to download a 12.5 MB file? Come on..
2) the process is not optimized: every time you finish to download an item, the next item will start its download ONLY AFTER a few seconds break, what is it about? I have seen many installations (not to say EVERY), like VLC downloading tons and tons of files, even at once, and smashing that loading bar in no time
3) there is not a download save-state: if you close the launcher while it's downloading and you re-launch it, it needs to re-download everything from scratch. You absolutely need some TEMP folder to store updating files or something like this.
4) time wasted waiting: combo of points 1+2, when you launch the process, it will wait (for no reason) idle, consuming CPU and GPU without doing anything, and it will start to download only after a full minute (maybe two, I didn't have a cronometer)
Come on, you can optimize it way better.
This should be your priority number 1, a game that is hard to install is a game with a short life, you have to make it easier for people to launch the game :)

i installed the game and i signed up but when i go to click on "join" it gives me the loading screen for a second and then takes me back to the login page
Hi, if there is a message like "bad login" you need to use the good login information.
Else click on the button reset to be sure it's the good IP for the server.

Hi, yes you can, it rises when you catch new species, for example:
1 xp for the first species,
1+2 => 3 xp for the second,
1+2+3 => 6 xp for the 3rd.
else fight wild pokemon with a disadvantage.

use WinRAR, WinZIP or 7Zip, a software to extract the game, by default Windows isn't able to unzip it.
apres avoir encore esseillier je croi bien que je vais abandoner sa veux pas toujour le meme code et je ne peu meme pas selectioner 7zip pour deconpresser je ne comprend vraiment pas pour coi moi jai aussi de mal mais ma copine premier foit et voila sa marche

If you haven't message it's because the game isn't updated.
You need to run it with the "Launcher.exe"
